On Saturday, Melbourne's Herald Sun paper published an article that would alarm and frustrate many avid adult 'gym junkies'. The article outlined a recent study that had proven in MOST cases once you reach puberty – you have that body for life!

Forget about training every day and eating the perfect diet. This study has proven that we have created our physical form by puberty and there's no turning the clock back.
