As Gecko is Australia’s first ‘kids only’ gym, we get a lot of questions!

  • How is a Gecko different to an adult’s gym?
  • How often should my kids go to the gym?
  • Kids need to do some kind of physical activity every day. Australian health guidelines recommend an hour per day. This doesn’t necessarily need to be continuous activity. It can be broken into different blocks throughout the day.
